    How long does it take to fabricate signage? – Usually 7-21 working days, depending on design and material. Do you offer signage design services? – Yes. We provide mock-up drawings based on your logo, concept, and site photos. What materials are available for signage? – Acrylic, stainless steel, aluminium, polycarbonate, PVC, vinyl sticker, and more. Is site measurement included? – Yes, after quotation agreement, we will arrange an on-site visit for accurate measurement. What signage is suitable for outdoor use? – Aluminium box-up letters, stainless steel, waterproof lightboxes, and weather-resistant stickers. Can you dismantle and replace old signage? – Yes, we offer dismantling and replacement services, including disposal. Do I need approval for signage installation? – Some locations require URA, BCA, or HDB approval. We can assist with submission if needed. What’s the difference between front-lit, back-lit, and side-lit signage? – Front-lit: LED shines from the front face – Back-lit: Glows from behind the letter – Side-lit: Light emits from the edges What is the warranty for signage? – 1-year warranty covering workmanship and lighting defects (non-human error).

  • What is the process of signage making?
    Quotation: Please share with me the info below Signboard artwork / content Size / Dimensions of the signage (Width × Height in mm) On-site photos of the installation location Reference photo of your preferred signage style (e.g. luminous or non-luminous, stainless steel, acrylic, etc.) Site Visit: Upon agreeing on the quotation Our team will conduct an on-site measurement to ensure accuracy and assess the installation feasibility. Mock-up Drawing & Official Quotation: Once we receive your info, we will prepare a mock-up drawing and send you an official quotation. Deposit & Confirm Order: A deposit is required to confirm the order. Fabrication Begins: After receiving the deposit, we will start production. Lead Time: The fabrication process typically takes 3-15days. with some exception that is 30 days Installation & Final Payment: Once installation is complete, the remaining balance will be collected. Project Completion: The job is officially done after the final payment.

    Quotation Share your project details: – LED Wall Size (Width × Height in mm) – On-site Photos (Indoor or Outdoor) – Viewing Distance or Preferred Resolution (e.g. P1.2 – P10) – Control Type: Synchronous (live screen share) or Asynchronous (pre-uploaded video loop) – Content Type: Text, Image, or Video Site Inspection We assess the site to ensure accurate fit and installation feasibility. Mock-up Drawing We create a visual mock-up of your LED wall for approval. Deposit & Fabrication Upon deposit, we begin fabrication. Lead time: 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Installation & Setup Our team installs the wall, sets up the system, and trains you on how to use it. Balance Payment & Support Final payment is collected after completion. We provide ongoing customer support.

    How long is the LED wall production time? – Typically 2–4 weeks depending on size, resolution, and setup. What resolution or pixel pitch should I choose? – Based on viewing distance: – Close range: P1.2–P2.5 – Medium: P3–P5 – Far: P6–P10 What’s the difference between synchronous and asynchronous LED control? – Synchronous: Live screen sharing from a laptop or PC – Asynchronous: Pre-uploaded videos/images that loop automatically Do you provide training for using the LED system? – Yes, we guide you on how to operate the control software and upload content. Is the LED wall weatherproof? – Yes, our outdoor LED walls come with IP65 protection against rain and dust. Can the LED wall display videos, photos, and text? – Yes, it supports full video playback, static images, text, and live feeds. Do you include spare parts and warranty? – Yes, we provide spare modules and a 2-year warranty for non-human damages. Do I need a structure or wall to mount the LED display? – Yes. We will advise if additional framing or structure is needed based on your site. Can you help with LED wall installation overseas? – Mainly in Singapore. For overseas projects, we can supply the product and provide remote setup support.
