Manufacturing Process:

2. Aluminium Box Fabrication

   
   

   • Cutting: Laser cutting machines shape aluminium sheets into the required letter frame.

   • Welding: The aluminium sheets are welded to form a sturdy box with corner grooves for strong joints.

   • Painting: The boxes are painted—usually in white—to maximize light reflection, then oven-dried for durability.

   • Layout: LED strips or modules are evenly installed inside the aluminium box to ensure consistent brightness and avoid dark spots.

   
   

4. Final Assembly
